Assistant Programme Head / Programme Head

Location: East

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation and co-ordination of programmes
  • Planning and execution of vacation classes, special events, graduation and its required personnel, equipment and resources
  • Conduct lesson observations and identify outstanding teachers/level experts
  • Contribute to the evaluation and assessment of Islamic education programmes to ensure improvement areas are addressed
  • Support teachers through various means of mentoring relationships
  • Support the implementation of the recruitment strategy and assist Centre
  • Manager in outreach programmes and building rapport with various stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

  • ARS Certified Tier 1
  • 3 years experience in aLIVE programme regardless of position
  • Able to commit on weekends
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage

Admin

Location: ILHAM Main Office

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend to parents’ enquiries via different modes of communication
  • Assist in arrears management
  • Process financial assistance applications
  • General administrative works

Job Specifications:

  • Attentive to detail, self-motivated, independent, a team player, and reliable
  • Good conversational skills in Malay and English, in verbal and in written
  • Passionate to learn
  • Able to commit on weekends
  • Candidate with Call Centre experience is an added advantage

Assistant Manager, Corporate Development

Location: ILHAM Main Office

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Corporate Development department, overseeing the Corporate, HR, and IT functions
  • Responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals to support business growth and development
  • Review and implement policies and practices that are in compliance with the Employment Act
  • Responsible for meticulously managing action plan and annual budgeting, including manpower costs and expenses to ensure financial efficiency and strategic allocation of resources.
  • Manage partnerships with third-party vendors and internal department to manage Corporate Development related functions effectively
  • Lead corporate communications – both in writing and presentation, ranging from company websites, reports, HR policies to employee communications
  • Oversee projects to improve employee productivity and improve overall employee experience
  • Deliver advisory and support to the Executive Director and other stakeholders

              Job Specifications:

              • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Development or Human Resource Management
              • Well-versed with Employment Act and statutory guidelines
              • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR-leading practices
              • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
              • Possess IHRP/ SHRM certification would be of added advantage
