Manage company’s calendars, action plan and budgets
Develop and manage corporate communication material and channels, includes but not limited to company’s website, TEAMs, LinkedIn, quarterly report, newsletters, birthday/ marriage/ newborn wishes etc
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in company’s branding, visual presence and design work
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, serve as a company liaison
Organising employee engagement sessions and managing corporate benefits for employees
Provide secretariat support to the Management Committee, includes but not limited to arrange for meetings, taking notes of meeting, prepare and distribute notes of meeting
Manage the administration of government grants/ in includes but not limited to sourcing, application, prepare proposal, submission and tracking of payment
Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, or Marketing
Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop/ Canva
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Experience in managing digital communication channels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
