Assistant Programme Head / Programme Head

Location: Islandwide

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation and co-ordination of programmes
  • Planning and execution of vacation classes, special events, graduation and its required personnel, equipment and resources
  • Conduct lesson observations and identify outstanding teachers/level experts
  • Contribute to the evaluation and assessment of Islamic education programmes to ensure improvement areas are addressed
  • Support teachers through various means of mentoring relationships
  • Support the implementation of the recruitment strategy and assist Centre
  • Manager in outreach programmes and building rapport with various stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

  • ARS Certified Tier 1
  • 3 years experience in aLIVE programme regardless of position
  • Able to commit on weekends
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage

Assistant Executive, Strategic Development

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the asset management team in preparing reports, proposals and managing presentations
  • Manage asset purchases for all centres which includes but is not limited to sourcing, proposal, procurement, purchasing, submission and tracking of payment
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality of project deliverables is fulfilled
  • Keep a record of asset and supplies inventory and databases
  • Process warranty for purchases and liaise with the vendor for any damages
  • Collect feedback on product quality from users
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, serve as company liaison
  • Conduct centre visits for evaluation as needed
  • Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

                  Minimum Requirements:

                  • Strong organization and time management skills
                  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
                  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
                  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
                  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
                  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage

                            Assistant Executive, Operations

                            Main Responsibilities:

                            • Coordinate and oversee all central planning activities and class schedules
                            • Analyse data and trends
                            • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals
                            • Monitor budget allocation and resource utilisation
                            • Ensure existing SOPs for operations are updated whenever enhancements are made
                            • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
                            • Assist with planning the unit’s calendar of events and curriculum overview

                            Minimum Requirements:

                            • Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing
                            • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Photoshop/ Canva
                            • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
                            • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
                            • Prior experience in an education operations setting, organisational development roles or data analysis will be an advantage
                            • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
