Manager, Finance

Location: East

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial and budgeting policies and procedures for the Group
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and budget analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities, forecast trends, and improve financial performance
  • Prepare and consolidate the of organisation’s annual budget, forecast and long-term projections.
  • Prepare and present periodic management and budget reports
  • Manage Government grants’ budget marksmanship, utilisation and reporting
  • Streamline processes and reporting through automation and use of data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Business Finance or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, able to analyse large scale data sets.
  • Skilled in the use of data visualisation tools for presentation.
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Able to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
Assistant Executive, ADIL (Part-Time)

Main Responsibilities:

Programme Monitoring & Reporting
– Track and consolidate training attendance numbers across centres.
– Maintain updated database of ADIL Murabbis and their activity levels.
– Prepare and submit quarterly progress reports on training activities and participation.

Content Support
– Proofread and assist in the finalisation of ADIL training materials and publications, including the annual ADIL Prospectus.
– Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency of content.

Stakeholder Coordination
– Organise and coordinate quarterly engagement meetings with ADIL Murabbis, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
– Support communications with mosque ADIL Administrators and other key stakeholders.

Administrative Support
– Assist in the compilation and dissemination of circulars, updates, and publicity materials.
– Support feedback collation and maintain data records related to quality assurance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • ARS Certified Tier 1
  • Diploma/Degree in any Islamic Discipline
  • Excellent written English and proofreading ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage data and generate concise reports
  • Familiarity with mosque/Islamic education landscapes is an advantage
  • Able to commit for 6 months
Assistant Executive, Business Development (Temporary)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the review, enhancement, and implementation of the LearnQuran Series (LQS) curriculum for Kids and Adult programmes.
  • Manage and support LQS Asatizah, serving as the main point of contact for curriculum and programme-related matters.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of the Refining Tajweed Technique (RTT) programme.
  • Handle administrative and operational matters, including Asatizah payroll submissions and programme coordination.
  • Support the planning and execution of other educational programmes, including Tiny Tafseer, Stories of the Quran, and Lunchtime Tadarus.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Islamic Studies, Islamic Education, or a related field.
  • ARS Certified Tier 1
  • Knowledge of Islamic Education and curriculum development.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Able to commit for 8 months
Assistant Executive, Human Resources (Temporary)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Part-Time employee profile creation, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate and follow up on required employee documentation and records.
  • Provide support for Full-Time employee claims and HRMS-related inquiries.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions.
  • Contribute to Corporate Development projects and organizational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR and business support activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Higher NITEC, ‘A’ levels or diploma in any discipline.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment. 
  • No prior experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Able to commit for 8 months.
Assistant Programme Head (Temporary)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation and co-ordination of programmes
  • Planning and execution of vacation classes, special events, graduation and its required personnel, equipment and resources
  • Conduct lesson observations and identify outstanding teachers/level experts
  • Contribute to the evaluation and assessment of Islamic education programmes to ensure improvement areas are addressed
  • Support teachers through various means of mentoring relationships
  • Support the implementation of the recruitment strategy and assist Centre
  • Manager in outreach programmes and building rapport with various stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

  • ARS Certified Tier 1
  • 3 years experience in aLIVE programme regardless of position
  • Able to commit on weekends
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
