Manager, Finance

Location: East

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop financial and budgeting policies and procedures for the Group
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and budget analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities, forecast trends, and improve financial performance
  • Prepare and consolidate the of organisation’s annual budget, forecast and long-term projections.
  • Prepare and present periodic management and budget reports
  • Manage Government grants’ budget marksmanship, utilisation and reporting
  • Streamline processes and reporting through automation and use of data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management, customer service, or related administrative leadership roles  
  • Experience in leading fee operations, managing service recovery efforts, and coordinating cross-centre communications 
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, SMS systems, and workflow optimisation 
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written 
  • Ability to manage people and systems with a focus on strategic service delivery and continuous improvement 
Assistant Manager/ Manager, Student Admissions

Location: East

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Admin Centre department, overseeing phone and email-based frontline operations, fee management, and customer relations functions 
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of workflows and service standards to improve parent engagement and responsiveness 
  • Oversee fee collection processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies 
  • Drive arrears management strategies, with a focus on prevention and effective follow-up mechanisms 
  • Oversee financial assistance application processes and guide the team in household income computation and eligibility assessment 
  • Manage and optimise the use of CRM and SMS systems, including performance tracking, reporting, and process automation 
  • Work with centres based at mosques and other units to ensure effective coordination and prompt resolution of parent queries and incidents, including follow-up and closure, while ensuring alignment in the execution of initiatives 
  • Monitor and manage department action plans and annual budget 
  • Oversee projects that support staff self-development and engagement, contributing to improved employee productivity and overall employee experience  
  • Deliver advisory and support to Directors and relevant stakeholders on operational and service-related matters 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Business Finance or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, able to analyse large scale data sets.
  • Skilled in the use of data visualisation tools for presentation.
  • Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
Assistant Executive, Supplies and Asset Management

Location: East

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the asset and supplies management team in preparing notes, proposals and presentations
  • Manage procurement and purchasing processes for all centres, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of assets and supplies
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
  • Oversee vendor contracts including sourcing, application processing, proposal preparation, invoicing, payment tracking, and submission
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and asset databases across all centres
  • Build and nurture relationships with key vendors, acting as the primary liaison for the company to ensure quality standards and project deliverables are met
  • Conduct centre visits for assets and supplies evaluation as needed
  • Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Assistant Executive, Business Development

Location: East

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive new revenue and enrolment for ILHAM’s programmes (non-aLIVE)
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Support the business development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches
  • Manage and maintain client databases
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed
  • Ensure the company’s message is communicated effectively to clients and prospects
  • Identify potential risks, as well as potential areas for growth
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely project delivery
  • Attend industry events to build and maintain a professional network

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1–3 years proven sales experience with closing responsibility (inside sales, telesales, or field).
  • Basic analytics literacy and test-and-learn mindset.
  • Experience in business development and relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Executive/Assistant Executive, Learning and Development

Location: East

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of training programmes, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of training materials, resources, and documentation required for effective programme delivery.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements including venue bookings, equipment setup, catering, and participant communications.
  • Maintain training databases and records, including participant attendance, completion rates, and certification tracking.
  • Process training nominations, registrations, and confirmations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare routine reports on training activities, participation rates, and programme effectiveness for management review.
  • Support the collection and compilation of training feedback and evaluation data.
  • Monitor training budgets and expenditure tracking

Minimum Requirements:

  • Tertiary education, preferably in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 1-3 years of working experience in the area mentioned above or related field.
  • Able to work independently as well as in teams. · Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to organise data.
Assistant Programme Head

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation and co-ordination of programmes
  • Planning and execution of vacation classes, special events, graduation and its required personnel, equipment and resources
  • Conduct lesson observations and identify outstanding teachers/level experts
  • Contribute to the evaluation and assessment of Islamic education programmes to ensure improvement areas are addressed
  • Support teachers through various means of mentoring relationships
  • Support the implementation of the recruitment strategy and assist Centre
  • Manager in outreach programmes and building rapport with various stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

  • ARS Certified Tier 1
  • 3 years experience in aLIVE programme regardless of position
  • Able to commit on weekends
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
Teacher

Location: East

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Islamic learning curriculum in line with ILHAM and MUIS guidelines using varied pedagogies tailored to students’ needs.
  • Teach Islamic values through interactive activities, projects, and discussions that promote critical reflection.
  • Develop teaching aids and incorporate technology to create engaging, innovative learning experiences.
  • Assess students through quizzes, behavioral observations, and project evaluations.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates, feedback, and recommendations to support students’ learning.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • ARS Certified Tier 1
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in aLIVE programme
  • Able to commit on weekends
