Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management, customer service, or related administrative leadership roles
Experience in leading fee operations, managing service recovery efforts, and coordinating cross-centre communications
Proficient in CRM platforms, SMS systems, and workflow optimisation
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both oral and written
Ability to manage people and systems with a focus on strategic service delivery and continuous improvement

Job Duties:
Support the asset and supplies management team in preparing notes, proposals and presentations
Manage procurement and purchasing processes for all centres, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of assets and supplies
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure smooth and timely project delivery
Oversee vendor contracts including sourcing, application processing, proposal preparation, invoicing, payment tracking, and submission
Maintain accurate records of inventory and asset databases across all centres
Build and nurture relationships with key vendors, acting as the primary liaison for the company to ensure quality standards and project deliverables are met
Conduct centre visits for assets and supplies evaluation as needed
Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
