A: The monthly fees vary by centre. Most centres have fees ranging between $35 and $40 per month.

A: The following payments are required to confirm your child’s placement during registration:

• One-time annual Miscellaneous Fee ($90)
• Advance fee for December
• First month’s fee (when the academic year begins)

The Miscellaneous Fee covers books, learning materials, accidental medical insurance, and administrative costs for the academic year.

A: You may purchase the aLIVE uniform online at thtg.com.sg/alive-uniform, and it will be delivered right to your doorstep.

While waiting for your child’s uniform to arrive, they may wear:

• Girls: Any long-sleeved top, long loose black pants and tudung
• Boys: Any plain shirt, long loose black pants and songkok

For Existing aLIVE Students:

You may log in to the LittleLives Parent Gateway and complete the AY2026 Promotion Form.

At the Payment Summary Page, select “Applying for Fee Assistance.”

Once the Promotion Form has been submitted, a new form titled “IEF Form” will appear on the Parent Gateway main page. Fill out the IEF Form to complete your IEF application.

For New Students:

Complete the AY2026 Enrolment Form and select “Applying for Fee Assistance” at the Payment Summary Page. Once the form is submitted, the IEF Form will appear on your Parent Gateway main page, where you can fill it out to complete your IEF application.

A: Log in to the LittleLives Parent Gateway to access the Transfer Request Form. Select the 2026 class under “Current Programme’s Details” and click Continue to complete the rest of the form.

For existing aLIVE students, do note that transfer requests for AY2026 will only be available after Promotion fee and all outstanding invoices have been fully paid.

Students are to bring their books and Student Progress Report book from the current centre to the new centre in anticipation of the start date. No new books or SPR will be issued.

A: You may approach your Centre Manager or email [email protected] to request for the withdrawal form.

Withdrawal will be effective 1 month after parents’ notice submission. Please note that timely notification is essential to ensure a smooth transition and to allow us to manage class capacities effectively. Withdrawal requests submitted before the 5th of the month will take effect at the end of that month while requests after the 5th will take effect the following month.
