Before Graduation Day
Register for Graduation and collect your graduation attire
As part of the Youth aLIVE Graduation 2025, it is compulsory for all graduands to wear the official Graduation attire.
You can collect your graduation attire at your respective Centres.
Collection Options:
Collect from your Centres during aLIVE Madrasah hours from 1 October to 18 November
Please note:
Graduation robes and hoods will not be available for collection on the actual Graduation Ceremony day.
Only graduands in proper attire will be allowed to attend.
Graduation Day
Youth aLIVE Graduation 2025 will take place at Ngee Ann Polytechnic Convention Centre (NPCC).
Graduands who did not register for the Graduation Ceremony or are not properly attired will not be allowed entry into NPCC Auditorium.

Important:
Graduands must have registered for the ceremony and be properly attired to gain entry.
Unregistered or inappropriately dressed graduands will not be allowed into the NPCC Theatre.

There are two entrances to Ngee Ann Polytechnic for drivers:

Via Upper Bukit Timah Road (Exit towards PIE Tuas)

| Graduands who have purchased tickets to attend Youth aLIVE Graduation 2025 via Eventbrite will receive an email titled “Youth aLIVE Graduation 2025 Session 1 or Session 2” immediately after you have made payment. This email will be sent to the address you provided during ticket purchase and will include important details such as:
Graduands are to arrive fully attired in their Graduation Attire before they check-in. |
| Light refreshments will be provided upon registration. Kindly consume all food and drinks before entering the event hall, as no eating and drinking are strictly not allowed inside the theatre. |
| A designated prayer area will be available on-site for those who wish to perform their prayers. Kindly note that ablution facilities are limited, so we encourage Session 2 attendees to take their at home before arriving at the venue. If you need help locating the prayer space, please approach one of our staff or volunteers. |
After Graduation Event
Graduation robe return & collection of certificate and transcript
All graduation robes and hoods must be returned immediately after the graduation ceremony. More information on the return process will be provided at the event.
Certificates and transcripts will be issued to students after the event, upon the return of graduation attire.
